I started this series like two months ago and never moved forward with it even though it is probably going to lead to the greatest blog ever. Also known as the one story I have never told. In order to have the complete back-story to the greatest blog post ever known I need to complete the back-story. So I decided to write it up. (In like 5,000 installments that are horribly boring until the last 100 or something like that.)

I started out the day by going to the dentist for the second time in two weeks to finish up a round of work. Monday June, 30th: 6:00 P.M.- I am about to set out on a two-week vacation. Never before in my adult life have I had a two-week vacation… well unless you count the time I left my job as a computer networking consultant aka a sales guy. That was the summer of Kevin. I referred soccer, golfed, dj’d, and abused my severance package. It is debatable if you could call it a vacation because I did actually “work” during it.

Lately my professional career has taken off and I am going to start getting some speaking opportunities. One thing that was discussed is that I need to make a little bit of a separation between pointlessbanter.net and my professional stuff. While I know some people are going to see this as selling it out is better than option one. They originally wanted me to delete everything.
