AND happen to know that your BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) is over 1.4 i highly suggest you dont agree or cooperate with the police what-so-ever. just in case you dident get that, or thought i messed that up DO NOT COOPERATE!. why you may ask. becase would you rather have your liscense suspended for a year for non compliance. or pay to have a brethalizer in your car for 2 years... thats what i thought. also for future reference. if your in the state of colorado and get pulled over for DUI. One friend of mine fell asleep on the hood of a police car once, when two officers were sitting in it, but that's it.
