Random Thoughts Written Down While Watching Disorderlies

In my convalescence yesterday I had some random thoughts and questions that I felt the need to share with the world. Sorry for back to back blogs with no real point, I will be back to my regular shenanigans and tomfoolery tomorrow.
At what point in the day is it too late to take a shower?
We have all been sick or hung over and at some point in the day we have to ask ourselves this question. I think that the official cut off point should be like 6pm, if you haven’t showered at that point in the day and don’t plan on going out in public at all why should you bother? At that point aren’t you just showering out of habit?
So the X-files movie was on HBO, I saw it when it came out but haven’t watched it since. I decided to take a look at it and see how it holds up after almost 9 years since it came out. At the beginning of the movie a little boy comes into contact with the black ooze, when the fire department comes to rescue him a government group shows up seconds later and quarantines the area. Later in the movie that government group was explained to be FEMA, which is really the shadow government, whoops… Guess that doesn’t hold up too well.
Should you drink NyQuil first and then brush your teeth or brush your teeth then take NyQuil?
I seriously pondered this for like half an hour. I still don’t know what is the right way to go. I went with NyQuil first and brushed my teeth second and the flavor combination in my mouth was not one of happy dreams or good night kisses.
Finally which is more awkward: When Martha Stewart interviews her guest and obviously has no idea who they are and asks an off the cuff follow up question that totally shows that, which leaves the guest in an awkward position of not wanting to correct her on her own show…. OR…. The first introductions on the Bachelor when girls get out of the car and meet the guy for like ten seconds. They have the whole “I am desperate and want to get married vibe”, who even though they don’t know the guy a lick are enamored with him. Which always leads to the awkward hug/handshake thing coupled with the “I need to blow you off and move you along because I need to meet 24 other girls” rush through greeting….
And yes… I watched Martha Stewart and the Bachelor yesterday…
So feel free to tackle any of the questions above
