The wool has been pulled over your eyes

I have to admit to you all I am a big liar. For the first time ever I told a fib to you all… ok the second time I am not hung like a horse (more like a donkey).

liar

There is no prison pen pal. The site does exist and the girl is very real but I never wrote her and never would write her. Not because I find it morally objectionable but I am way too lazy to go out and get a post office box. Morally I don’t really care either way, it’s some murderer in prison. You can make a case for it either way. Personally I have spent more time wrestling over a game of f, marry, kill between Brittney, Christina, and Jessica. I kept the whole thing going to see how out of hand it would get with the hate mail and the hate blogs being written about me, because watching it evolve or devolve was great.

The thing was when I wrote the initial post about the what should I choose I got some push back from it but most people thought it was funny, I figured I would just play with the concept because in itself the concept has humor in it. Then when I wrote the bachelorette: prison style blog I got a lot of hatemail along with a few blogs being written about me. To me it was funny that it was a humor blog, it was clearly making fun of the bachelorette and the whole idea of me being desperate for a date with someone in prison. I still had a lot of good reaction to it and a lot of people thought it was funny.

When I wrote the Convict Conversations blog that is where things got ugly. The messages I got were out of control and the blogs that were being written were starting to get ugly. I thought it was funny that I was getting called out for THINKING about writing a letter. People were calling me all sorts of names and judging me all over the place. Yet it was wrong for me to THINK about fucking with a convicted murderer, I was getting condemned for something I never did.

At that point I decided to keep pushing it. Because it wasn’t a matter of the morals or logic behind it, it was all about people breaking down and just calling me names and hurling personal insults. I pushed forward and did the letter blog and the shit hit the fan. Bloggers that don’t like me to begin with started crawling out of the woodwork throwing every possible personal insult at me that had NOTHING to do with the subject at hand. It was just a chance to take personal shots at me, which I thought was rather entertaining. At that point it wasn’t about the morals of the situation it was their chance to speak their mind to how horrible of a person I am. This made me SO happy.

Me writing a blog about possibly writing a murderer = horrible person.

People writing personal insults about me over a blog = morally ok.

Convicted murderer= “she isn’t getting a fair shake”
a blogger= we should lynch him

Something didn’t add up to me. There were no less than seven blogs written about me and this series of blogs and I am sure there will be more today. (I refuse to link to them and give these people attention.) Here is a cross sampling of some of the comments thought from various blogs and my own:

“I hope she cuts him up and send me one of his typing fingers so I can post a blog in his name entitled “I’m a queer… and that’s why i’m quitting the internet”

“If this woman gets out of prison, hunts him down, and spreads his innards all over his bedroom, I can’t say that I won’t be surprised. And I definately won’t have any sympathy.”

“She’s been judged, and she’s paying for what she’s done. The “blogger in mention’s” weak style of “vigilante” justice is not only wrong, and immoral, but cowardly and weak.”

(Huh I didn’t know I was out for justice with this?)

“This “blogger” (I use the term as loosely as possible) was probably
that smelly kid in high school that got shoved into lockers a lot. Sad
that he has to turn around and prey on those weaker than him.”

“People need to Point out what a crappy human he is, take his ass right off the blog list.”

(This next one is in reply to a person defending me.)

“he guy’s a fuckin prick. And honestly, lady, I don’t
give a fuck about you or what you think of me and I doubt we’ll ever
encounter one another again. So fuck off and have a rotten life.”

” I think I just found the biggest loser on myspace. I truly hope you get what you deserve.”

“BUT, thisssssss guy has a deviant mind. So, in essence he has just
brought himself to some criminal level…socially speaking. He may not
be outside the letter of the law, but to put that kind of energy into
an ultimately useless prank (what does this gain him in the end?? what
kind of satisfaction does this demented fuck get?)… Plain and simple, what a fucking snide loser. Karma will bite his ass some day…it’s the universal cosmic rule. Period.”

“MAYBE YOU’LL PICK A REAL WINNER AND SHE’LL JUST SLIT YOUR THROAT WHEN SHE GETS OUT AND DO US ALL A FAVOR.”

So there you have it… What lessons can we learn from all of this.

1) My hate mail quota for the decade has been filled.
2) Don’t make fun of prisoners, Harry Potter, or adults that get turned on pissing in diapers because THAT is offensive. But blogs about spousal abuse, abortion, and racism are ok.
3) “Adults” have colorful vocabularies.
4) Don’t take what is written in a humor blog seriously. If you don’t like it, there is an x in the corner you can click or you can tell the person you hope they die. One is an appropriate reaction, take a guess which.
5) The people that read my blogs are heartless sons of bitches or they actually have senses of humor.

Well there you have it. I am sorry I lied to you all, I don’t think most of you care because it was the story and the ride not the result you were after or at least that is what I think and hope. I think the results of this are truly fascinating, now I am going back to bed waiting for someone to come and spray my innards all over my room.

Have a great weekend everyone!

OMFG! Kevin, i think your blog is awesome!

The world has had a disease creeping up on it for the last couple of years, and that disease has not been diagnosed, but we know its there. SOHF…sense of humor failure.

Who are other people to judge YOUR morals, if they should be worrying about themselves not what other people are doing. Our choices are just that, OURS.

Whether you did it, or were just thinking it….who cares, i personally like the idea of stop motion rape….is that morally wrong? who cares i choose to like it!

Enough ranting, the world just pisses me off.

P.S. i cant belive you lied to us, i cried….

  2. Kevin says:

sorry… I didn’t mean to disappoint… wait stop motion rape is my new favorite rape phrase, which used to be plunger rape.

  3. Robin Curits says:
