I had a really vivid tornado dream recently too, Donk. I was even in a skyscraper. I could see 6 or 7 scary-ass tornadoes in the distance and they all came straight for the building I was in. It ripped the building in half and the rest was in slo-mo.. i clung to the corner of the building – hanging on the edge – until I was safely able to jump to the ground. Weird shit.

My dreams are usually either about me having amazing sex with a really hot guy or getting chased by somebody who’s trying to kill me.

I’m a really well balanced person…

Well, i don’t have tornado dreams and i grew up next to Xenia, OH. If you wanna talk scary tornado shit, look that place up and their tornado history. I came to love and accept the storms growing up.
my dreams are always about people dying, my parents, my boyfriend, myself. (yes i’ve been traumatized, my father, grandfathers and boyfriend have all passed away in the last 4 years. Separation issues? most definately)But never recurring. Alway different but along the same lines.
Good luck with those dreams, try running toward the tornado and see what happens, it is confronting a fear and could make it stop.

Do you ever realize you are in a dream before you wake up? i don’t. Wish i could.

Donkey we spotted one forming above us once when I lived in south Tulsa.

Never had a tornado get close enough to need to hide from one, but incredibily enough, storm shelters are RARE in Tornado Alley for some reason. You’d think it would be standard with every house sold! They tell us to go find an interior room with no windows and pray for the best.

I’ve only lived in a trailer ONCE for about 6 months in Texas. Wasn’t redneck enough to enjoy that!
