Ok, I agree with the J-lo (pic) and the Toni Braxton (pic) kinda dresses, but the Terri Hatcher (pic) type, up to a point, COULD be! totally innocent. Here's why: There's a T.V. show in the U.K. called 'Brainiac: Science Abuse' on which they come up with scientific answers to everyday problems and blow stuff up etc. and on one particular episode they had a segment on this particular subject where they showed scientifically that lots of 'Camera Flashes', especially the amount that the paparazzi use at the aforementioned Awards or other ceremonies can generate at once, CAN penetrate outer garments to reveal semi/naked bodies without the wearers knowledge. So, it Is possible that these women, Sometimes, just don't have a clue that they're showing the world their 'bits'? Bump!
