Garbage Plates… Oh how I miss thee…

Right now I think I would kill for one of these.

Garbage Plates are a Rochester, NY thing…

Basically it is garbage going in and garbage going out but it tastes so good… I got the recipe on how to make the sauce and I think I need to do that soon…. Like this weekend.

I probably should put what is in a garbage plate.

Home fries or French Fries

Mac Salad

Then a meat product usually:

Sausage or cheese burgers or red hot or white hot

Topped with onions, mustard, and a special hot sauce…

Then you can put ketchup on it… Also slightly stale Italian bread is used to scoop it up.

Best served at 2am when totally trashed…
